To use BirchConnect.com you must be given access by an Administrative Contact for your account. The current Administrative Contact in your company (usually the owner or the person in charge of billing) can register you as a contact online.
Your first password with Birch will be an auto-generated collection of letters. We recommend that you change that to something more familiar by logging into BirchConnect.com and creating a new password in the My Account section.

BirchConnect.com is compatible with most modern browsers. For optimal experience please access BirchConnect.com through the latest versions of Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Birch actively supports ensuring that BirchConnect.com is compatible with the latest two versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Basic Login Instructions
Navigate to the BirchConnect login page www.BirchConnect.com.
Type in your username, which is the email address associated with the account for most users, and password.
If you would like for your browser to remember your username and password check the "Remember Me" option.
Click the "Log in to my account" button.
If this is your first time logging into your BirchConnect account you will be walked through the first time login wizard where you will set up your password and fill out basic information regarding your account.
Note: As we are upgrading BirchConnect.com with enhanced security some people may be asked to reset their password once they have successfully logged in to ensure that their password is within the new password security guidelines.
Retrieving your Password
Click on the "Retrieve password" panel to expand it.
Enter in the emaill address associated with your BirchConnect.com account and click the "Submit" button.
An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
